  • I offer both in-person and virtual therapy sessions for clients in Pennsylvania.

In-person sessions take place at my office located at:

    2578 Interstate Drive
    Harrisburg, PA

For those who prefer the convenience of meeting from home, I also provide secure online therapy sessions. Virtual sessions are a great option for individuals with busy schedules, transportation challenges, or those who simply feel more comfortable meeting remotely.

Both in-person and virtual sessions provide the same level of care and confidentiality, allowing you to choose the format that works best for you.

  • Online therapy works much like an in-person session, except we meet through a secure video platform instead of sitting in the same office. You can attend your session from the comfort of your home, office, or any private space where you feel comfortable talking.

Before your first appointment, you will receive a secure link to join the session. At the scheduled time, you simply click the link on your phone, tablet, or computer and we begin the session. No special technical skills are required—if you can join a video call, you can do online therapy.

Sessions typically last about 50 minutes, just like traditional therapy. During that time, we will talk through the challenges you’re facing, explore patterns or concerns, and work together on strategies that can help you move forward.

Many clients find that online therapy is convenient, flexible, and just as effective as meeting in person. It allows you to receive support without the need to travel, making it easier to stay consistent with therapy even during busy weeks.

All online sessions are conducted through HIPAA-compliant technology to ensure your privacy and confidentiality.

  • My standard fee for a therapy session is $90 per session, $100 for couples or families.

Sessions typically last about 50 minutes and are designed to provide a consistent, supportive space where we can focus on the challenges you’re facing and the goals you’d like to work toward.

  • Yes. I accept several insurance plans:

    • Highmark BCBS PA, Carelon BH, Anthem EAP (Standard & Expanded), Independence Blue Cross - PA, Geisinger, Cigna, Capital Blue Cross, Aetna, Quest BH, Horizon BCBS of NJ & The Health Plan.

If you prefer not to use insurance, I also offer self-pay sessions.

  • Your first therapy session is primarily an opportunity for us to get to know each other and understand what brings you to therapy. Many people feel unsure about what the first session will be like, but it is usually more like a conversation than an interview.

During this appointment, we will talk about what has been going on in your life, the challenges you’re currently facing, and what you hope to gain from therapy. I may also ask questions about your background, relationships, and past experiences so I can better understand the full picture of what you're dealing with.

By the end of the session, we will usually begin discussing goals for therapy and possible next steps. Many clients leave the first appointment feeling relieved to have a place where they can openly talk about what’s been weighing on them.
